So to some of you, doing the laundry comes as second nature. It is a task you do on a regular basis in order to survive. Well excuse me. I have had the privilege (or maybe not so privilege) of having someone do my laundry all of my life. I can probably count the times I’ve done laundry with both hands. Okay maybe that’s exaggerating a little, but you get the point. My mom did it for me all my life and then when Dex and I moved in together, he continued the pattern for my mom. What can I say? I admit that the hubby has been all too good to me and spoils me to no end.
Doing the laundry once a week will be a BIG task for me to accomplish in the next 2.75 years of this project. So today, during week one, I have accomplished doing the laundry. I finished the whole dirty stack in our bathroom for a total of two loads. That means I have done a total of three loads for the year 2008. I am really determined to accomplish this weekly goal and mark it off my list in 2011.
